6D5N Singapore to
Anambas Islands, Indonesia

Located 180 nautical miles northeast from Singapore in the middle of South China sea, the Anambas Islands is a secluded archipelago of pristine islands part of the Riau Province of Indonesia, or what we like to call paradise. A visit to the Anambas Islands will instantly relax your soul.

As it is not easily accessible, the Anambas Islands is under the radar of holidaymakers and we literally saw no one while we were there, except the occasional fishing boats passing by. As such, it is considered one of the most highly rated destinations for experienced sailors and divers all over the world.

Facing the wide open ocean, the 255 islets in the Anambas cluster seem to emerge from the sea out of nowhere, providing a panoramic view of blue seas and lush green islands speckled with azure lagoons. Under water, colourful coral reefs and a variety of marine life greet snorkelers and divers.

Trip Highlights:

  • 30 hours of sailing without any stopovers (i.e. sailing in azure blue waters amidst an unhindered view of a night sky full of stars)

  • Possible sightings of dolphins during the journey

  • Plenty of snorkeling and diving spots - besides coral reefs, we can also discover clownfish, zebrafish, the endangered Napoleon wrasse, turtles, and black tip sharks.

  • Island hopping - walking on powder soft sand and trekking up rock outcrops for scenic views of the far-reaching sea with multiple shades of blue
